To whom it may concern-

For the past 25 years, you’ve entrusted me to serve in different seasons and spaces. I’ve acted as a consultant, adviser, leader, follower, a clinician, an administrator, a mentor, student, teammate, and at times, simply a presence when that was what was needed most.

The path here hasn’t been straight, and it hasn’t been easy, but it has been meaningful.

In this blink of an eye, I’ve learned that everyone has a story, and there cannot be ambition without gratitude. It’s a reminder that for me, this journey isn’t just about achievement; it’s about becoming.

What a privilege to be tired from the work I once begged for.
What a privilege to feel overwhelmed by growth I used to dream about.
What a privilege to be challenged by a life I created on purpose.
